Pastor Billy and his family joined The Baptist Fellowship of Randolph in February 2022, answering God’s call to serve in the heart of Vermont. He has a passion for helping people know and follow Jesus, teaching God’s Word in a way that connects with everyday life.

Ministry has been part of Pastor Billy’s story since he was 15 years old, when he first began teaching and volunteering at his local church. Over the last 30 years, he has served in many roles, with 17 of those years devoted to church planting and revitalization in both Vermont and the islands of Saipan, CNMI. He was ordained into ministry by Easthaven Baptist Church in 2003.

Pastor Billy earned an M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University, and an A.A.S. from Bob Jones University. He believes that solid biblical teaching, paired with a heart for people, is key to life-changing ministry.

He is married to his best friend, Joy, and together they have three children: Rose, Esther, and William Jr. Their family loves serving God, spending time outdoors, and welcoming new friends into their church family.
