Rev. William D. Jones (Pastor Billy) is Senior Pastor of the Baptist Fellowship of Randolph. He and his family were called to serve in Randolph in February of 2022.

Pastor Billy first began teaching and volunteering at the age of 15 in his local church.  He loves teaching the truths of the Bible and helping people apply those truths to everyday modern living.

Pastor Billy has served in church ministry for over 25 years.  For the last 15 years he has specialized in church planting and church revitalization work and has served in Vermont and Saipan, CNMI.

Pastor Billy is married to Joy, and they have three children: Rose, Esther, and William Jr.

Pastor Billy graduated from the Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.A. in Intercultural Studies and a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University. He also earned an A.A.S degree from Bob Jones University. He was ordained into ministry by Easthaven Baptist Church in 2003.
